Although we are located in glorious peaceful countryside we have two beautiful beaches to use and enjoy. Porthluney Beach which is a family friendly beach with the beautiful backdrop of Caerhays Castle and East & West Portholland, which is about two miles in the opposite direction, also provides good family beaches.
We are also an ideal location for walking holidays and exploring the coastal path of Cornwall. Sailing wooden boats on the Fal River is another adventure along with boat based wildlife spotting trips with Fal Wooden Boats. Activities are many and various as well as visiting the Great Gardens of Cornwall and all the other Cornish attractions.
