Only 7 miles from the centre of Inverness, Achnagairn Estate has 7 large 'Mini Manors' available to rent. The perfect self-catering accommodation, each sleeps 10-12 people in 5/6 bedrooms, in slightly different configurations. We also have a more intimate cottage for smaller groups of 2-4:

The Cottage - Sleeps 2-4 in one double bedroom and one sofa bed. Perfect for couples or friends
The bedrooms in each Mini Manor are individually designed, with their own name and theme. They are all light and airy, and filled with design inspiration. From extravagant rooms like the plush Arabian Nights bedroom, in Anthology, to the more traditional Serene Bedroom, each of our guests will find something to their taste. The bathrooms are no less impressive, and almost all the rooms are en suite.
Each has its own large kitchen, fully equipped with the most modern amenities, making the self-catering experience stress-free. The living rooms are also spacious and light, making them the ideal place to relax.
The cottage too has a kitchen and spacious living area.
You can either hire a whole Mini Manor if you are a party of up to 12, or if there are more of you, you might like to take multiple, or indeed the whole estate! Everyone can eat and enjoy the delightful surroundings together, whether in the kitchens of living rooms, or indeed the outside eating areas so that you can all enjoy the scenery when the Highland sunshine decides to show its face!
There is plenty to do in the surrounding area: from cruises along Loch Ness (15 mins by car), to golfing (at one of the 3 Championship courses within an hour of the estate), or tours of whisky distilleries. We would be delighted to give you more information on these, and other Highland activities: hunting, fishing, zorbing(!) and white water rafting.
