The cottages are available individually or together for larger groups, and are ideal for family groups, walking or cycling holidays with friends and short breaks in this special part of the country, as well as business groups looking for a peaceful setting for meetings and team bonding.

Farditch Farm Cottages offers 5 luxury barn conversions completed in August 2017 & 2019 along with the original farm house which was fully refurbished in August 2020.

Caxterway, Redhurst and Pippenwell have the added bonus with an interconnecting door between each cottage, allowing these to be opened up to create one large space for up to 22 guests. With large open plan living areas and kitchens, and contemporary, country style furniture and beautiful soft furnishings for your comfort and relaxation during your stay.

The 2 smaller cottages which are located directly behind the larger barn conversions again offer a contemporary, country style ideal for couples to relax and enjoy the Peak District.

Farditch House has fabulous views of the surrounding country from virtually every window, with a superb, spacious open plan kitchen and dining room, beautiful lounge with comfy leather sofas to relax after a day exploring.

Set in the glorious Peak District National Park, with plenty of walks & cycling trails, to enjoy the lovely scenery or take a short drive to the market town of Bakewell or the Spa town of Buxton.

Secure bike storage available.

Exclusive caravan park, with 11 hard-standing pitches with electric, water, drainage, TV and WiFi.
Super shower/toilet and kitchen facilities. Also, lounge and recreation room, available for our cottages and caravan guests.

There is an excellent pub in the village of Chelmorton serving quality local fare, which is dog friendly.

Well behaved dogs welcome. Maximum of 2 to each house unless by arrangement. Must not be left home alone.

Super country style kitchens with electric range cookers, dishwashers, fridge freezers, washing machines and all the facilities you may require.

Featuring large solid oak dining tables with seating for 6 - 12 plus.

Spacious open plan rooms with luxury leather sofas, cushions and rugs, feature full height windows. TV/DVD.

TV and Music Facilities

TV/DVD in sitting rooms and TVs in all bedrooms.

Heating and Open Fires

All electric heating and heated towel rails in bathrooms.

Bedrooms

All double or twin rooms, mainly en-suite. Includes 4 double en-suite ground floor rooms, in Caxterway, Redhurst, Cheedale and Sterndale cottages.

Linen

All linen and towels provided.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms have bath with shower over, WC and sink, heated towel rails. Ground floor rooms have walk in shower and bath or shower over bath facilities.

Children's Facilities

Travel cots, high chairs and stair gates available on request.

Outdoor

Patio/terrace areas - shared and individual. Tables, seating and BBQs available during summer. Dog paddock. Secure bike storage and wash off area.

Electric Vehicle Charging

A 22KW EV charger is on site, payable via an app.

Plenty of well lit private parking for 20 cars.

Non smoking. Smoking allowed outside only.

Booking Information

Weekly bookings, 2 night and 3 night weekends. Flexible changeover days, normally Friday-Friday.
30% deposit on booking, 70% 4 weeks prior to arrival.
