Underfloor heating and log burners. Tennis court, games barn, large lawn, patio, fishing in pond and river on farm. 15 minutes from heritage Jurassic Coast beaches. Sidmouth, Branscombe, Beer, Seaton, Axmouth, Lyme Regis and Charmouth all nearby.

Historic towns of Exeter, Taunton, Dorchester all within easy driving distance.

Open countryside ideal for walking either inland or on the coast, close to the Jurassic Coastline.

By arrangement only, only 2 dogs allowed in each cottage at £20 each.

Each cottage has a fitted kitchen with everything you should require, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer machine.

Dining Room

The Wheel House will sit up to 14 people for group dining, there is a dining table and chairs in each cottage.

Sitting Room

Plenty of comfortable leather seating in each cottage, wood burner and coffee tables.

TV and Music Facilities

42” Smart TV and separate DVD player, DAB radio, and a selection of DVD’s, books and games for your use. All rooms feature books and games.

Games Room

In the games barn there is a full size snooker table, table tennis, table football and a skittles alley.

Heating and Open Fires

Log burner in each cottage, Geo-thermal underfloor heating.

Bedrooms

All master bedrooms have king size beds, one room has a super king or twin beds, and there is a twin room.

Linen

All beds are freshly laundered, ironed and made up for your arrival with fluffy towels and tea towels included.

Bathrooms

Most en suites have a shower the main bathrooms have a shower over the bath. 5 bedrooms are en-suite.

Children's Facilities

2 wooden cots and high chairs, a stair gate in The Apple Loft.

Outdoor

Large lawn area, patios with tables, chairs and parasols, tennis court, child's bikes etc.

Swimming Pool

There is no swimming pool.

Parking

In the Courtyard there is ample parking.

Smoking is only permitted outside.

Cottages from £251 to £1362 depending on size & season, weekly booking between May half term and Autumn half term. Please ring or email for prices at different times of the year or check our website. Short breaks available October to April, changeover days are Saturdays.

We are in a rural location in East Devon near A35/A30 with the Jurassic Coast 4 miles away, Sidmouth 9 miles and Lyme Regis 9 miles.

Is in Honiton or Colyton.
Honiton Station is 10 minutes drive. Exeter/Taunton Station is 50 minutes drive.
Colyton 3.5 miles away. Honiton 4 miles away.
