Pineville Chalet is a large pine chalet nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in south east Kent. This holiday house close to Folkestone and the coast is set within farmland in the Alkham valley, with a wealth of wildlife to enjoy. The site enjoys lots of sunshine, due to its position on top of an extensive plain with no nearby hills.

This is a wonderful place for a holiday or long weekend with family and friends, including hen and stag groups. Business groups will also find this to be a great space for a few days away from the office with the team.

Approach the house along the driveway to the property which consists of a renovated outhouse from the Great Everden Estate connected to a lovely pine-clad chalet. This wooden house exudes a feeling of warmth, and provides dining rooms, lounge areas, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a kitchen, washroom and large games room.

The chalet has a wraparound decked area with outside seating, perfect for al fresco dining, and lit at night to create a magical ambience. The gardens and grounds extend to around 1.5 acres and are mainly flat, with a sunken 6 seater hot tub and seating area, a kids area, lawns and shrubs.
