Tregulland Cottage and Barn was discovered partially derelict in 2010 and has been comprehensively and stylishly renovated as a purpose-built, super-deluxe, large-scale (22+3) celebration holiday home. The Cottage and Barn, (although each kitted out with their own kitchens and sitting rooms), are designed to be taken together and with the Pool House and Old Workshop/Games Room you will be sure to find plenty to keep you busy.

Whether you are a group of friends celebrating a "decade birthday", a collection of families with small children, or maybe an all-the-generations gathering for a wedding anniversary, we have thought it all through. As well as spectacular hotel quality beds and sumptuous 400 tc Egyptian cotton linen, there are places to celebrate together, and cosy places to get away with a book. There are dream kitchens for cooking up a storm, and even a drop down cinema projector room to keep all the family happy.

If you really want to push the boat out, Tregulland’s discreet housekeeping team offers a bespoke guest service. Whether you'd like a celebratory meal cooked for you by some of Cornwall's best chefs, a wine tasting in the comfort of your sitting room, fishing lessons for the kids, a massage, or yoga at sunset, it can all be arranged. If, on the other hand, you want to be left alone, with maybe the odd food and wine delivery or to have the dishes washed, the choice is yours.

The jewel in Tregulland's crown is our indoor freshwater pool. The pure Cornish spring water is drawn up through the rock by our borehole and kept purified by a revolutionary plant filtration system that means its so clean you could drink it while you swim! And with our steam room, outdoor wood fired hot tub, games room with table tennis and giant jenga there is plenty here to distract everyone (even in bad weather!)

Venture out into the 16 acres of grounds, and you will find not only the standing stones, the meadow and the children's playground but also our Nature Trail Treasure Hunt set out for our guests to discover. This will guide you around the grounds and lake and introduce you to some of the beautiful native Cornish flora and fauna in the valley.
