Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Lincolnshire, The Curve is a fully equipped smart home featuring glass walls nestled alongside oak and limestone, making the interior a beautiful combination of contemporary and modern. Within the property, you’ll find a  Hollywood Producer Cinema room, games room complete with both pool and table tennis tables, and even an Xbox snug. There’s plenty of seating available for family gatherings, and if you want a break from cooking, independent chefs are available to hire to cook you up a storm. Outside the property, why not take advantage of the 7-seater hot tub, before enjoying a family BBQ. The property is situated close to an array of market towns with pubs & restaurants, sandy beaches, golf courses, and local shops.

Take the wow factor to the next level by booking a getaway in your very own castle! The property itself sleeps 23, with an additional seven cottages available sleeping between 2 – 8 guests, which can be booked individually or as a group. Within the castle itself you’ll find seating for 60 guests for family meal times, as well as original features, and individually decorated bedrooms.  There are various activities available on-site, including archery, hovercraft, 4×4 driving, wine, and whisky tasting, and even murder mystery nights. The site is in partnership with the Scottish Wildlife Trust and has its own nature reserve with forest trails and a network of walks through parkland, woods, and lakes. You’ll find yourself within walking distance of the local town Duns, where you’ll find plenty of excellent pubs, restaurants, and shops.

St Curig’s is a beautiful converted church with unspoiled panoramic views of Snowdonia. The property is full to the brim with incredible features, including the original pulpit, and a 19th-century mosaic ceiling. You’ll find plenty of entertainment on site including a zip wire, climbing wall, pool table and board games. If you’d like a break from cooking, or you’d like to include breakfast with your booking, just let the owners know, and they will be more than happy to help you. Outside the property, take in the views of the Snowdon Horseshoe, known as the most photographed spot in Wales from your own private hot tub, before taking your choice of dinner from the outdoor Pizza oven or BBQ with plenty of seating for the whole family. The town of Betws y Coed is close by, where you can enjoy the local shops, cafés and restaurants, there are also 3 pubs in the village, one of which can organise a take-out menu for guests staying at the church.

This converted chapel boasts an impressive interior with many original features, including original altar rail and lectern, as well as the ancient Loki Stone, a symbol of an 8th century Norse god. The impressive main room features the full height of the building, within this room, you’ll find two mezzanine floors at the front and rear of the property, with balconies overlooking the main room. Within the property you’ll also find an indoor hot tub and infra-red sauna, as well as the incredible indoor BBQ or ‘lavvo’, a circular open cooking space, with benches, rugs and cushions set into the frame of the building. The chapel is located close to the Eden Valley, a beautiful area in between the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, while Kirkby Stephen itself lies in the middle of the famous Coast to Coast walk.

Trout Lodge is a truly beautiful property, set in a 500 acre nature reserve on an award-winning private country estate. Perfect for nature lovers and bird watchers, you can spot deer, wildfowl and the first families of European beavers to be re-introduced into England. On the first floor, enjoy the private balcony overlooking the trout pond, perfect for a sundowner. Onsite, you’ll find a  spa with both indoor and outdoor pools, a lily-filtered eco-swimming pond, steam room, sauna, gym and treatment rooms. For the younder generations, you’ll find play areas such as the Miss Mouse Adventure Trail, as well as a football pitch and trampolines. Traffic free paths run along the lakes, perfect for cycling or walking. While you’re on your break, make sure to take advantage of the watersports on offer on the lake itself including canoeing and paddle boarding. If you’d like a night off from cooking duty, head to the on-site restaurant, which offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and takeaways, or for something more casual, visit the onsite pizza shack. You’ll also find a small shop selling plenty of provisions for your stay. The property is just 6 miles from the Roman market town of Cirencester, and 20 miles from Cheltenham.

The Old Fire Station encompasses 3 separate properties, all of which combine traditional features with contemporary charm. Spot the big red doors of the original fire station as you approach the property, and imagine the horse drawn fire engines coming and going from their days work. You’ll find yourself in the best of both worlds at this property, with a city centre location which also boasts easy access to the coast and beaches of Kent. Within the property, the central courtyard is ideal for communal drinks and BBQ, and one of the cottages also has its own private garden. Another cottage, Cedar house, hosts a larger dining room for communal meals should the weather fail you. Situated within the Medieval walled city of Canterbury, you’ll find cobbled streets, quirky shops, and a host of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the property. To indulge in some culture, make sure to visit Canterbury cathedral, St Augustine’s abbey and the Roman Museum.

Appleby Castle sleeps 2 – 52 either on a B&B or fully catered board, with an additional four self catering cottages available, sleeping from 2 – 10, giving you super flexible options for your group size. Dating from Roman times, the castle features an original portcullis and stone Great Hall with a large open fire. You’ll find traditional features and decor throughout the property, from the dining areas all the way up to the individually designed bedrooms. Make sure to take in a few rounds of snooker or darts in the games room while you’re visiting. You’ll also find a Medieval dining area with a bar, perfect to bring the group together. Outside the property, take part in some private fishing, or explore the traditional Norman Keep. The self-catering cottages have open-plan living areas with plenty of comfy seating areas, as well as fully equipped kitchens. Found at the edge of the Lake District at the foot of the Pennines, you’ll find 25 acres of private land to explore, and stunning views from the castle itself. This quirky glamping site is located near Ross-on-Wye, and features 5 lovingly restored vintage vans, all completely individual, ranging from Monty, an ex-military wagon with private decking to Sybil, the hand made 1940’s van. There is also a holiday cottage available which sleeps 6 for any members of the family who prefer the more traditional option! Each van comes with its own outdoor seating, with a fire bowl and grill for cooking. There is also a summer kitchen dining hall complete with log burner, with enough space to seat the whole group, as well as a campfire circle and shower shack. During your stay, the owners can provide delicious home cooked food using fresh ingredients from their own garden, ranging from brunch, easy one pot meals all the way up to three course fine dining dinners.
