Hills Farm Stays is situated in beautiful surroundings, and is the perfect setting to create your wedding. Set high up on a hill, our venue boasts spectacular views of the picturesque Axe Valley and the famous Jurassic Coast, giving you the best of both worlds, a country wedding with a sea view.
As a wedding venue, we don’t offer packages as we tailor our weddings so they can be adjusted to suit your specific needs. This stylish and luxurious location offers seating for up to 250 guests and has a team dedicated to helping you plan the perfect day.
Our New spa is now open and offers Elemis, O.P.I, Jane Iredale, and Crystal Clear treatments amongst others. Bridal hair and make up also available.
We can provide accommodation in several barns ranging from one bedroom to six bedrooms and also our new hotel Accommodation with a dedicated Honeymoon Suite! There is a function suite where we can cater for up to 250 guests. We have a resident Chef who will discuss your requirements. We can also provide a Hog roast if you require.
We have a wedding licence so you can plan your whole day here from start to finish with no need to travel.

Free Wi-Fi. Due to location wifi is not fibre optic

Disabled Facilities

The Wagon Shed and The Stables have disabled access. The Wagon Shed has a dedicated wet room on the ground floor.

Dog Friendly

Well behaved dogs accepted for a charge. £20 per dog per stay.

Kitchen

Self catering properties are fully fitted with dishwashers, washing machines, fridge, microwave.

Dining Room

Full dining facilities in each barn along with a function suite available for hire (fees apply). We also have an on site restaurant.

Sitting Room

Open plan lounge area in each barn.

TV and Music Facilities

All barns have LCD TVs.

Games Room

On site activities can be arranged - minimum numbers apply. Ask for details We do not have a games room

Heating and Open Fires

Heating throughout Cranberries is eco-friendly using bio mass boilers.Underfloor heating on porcelain tiles on the ground floor.

Bedrooms

Bedrooms consist of a mix of king, twins and family rooms.

Linen

Bedding and towels are provided.We do not provide towels for beach or hot tub

Bathrooms

All bathrooms are en-suite bar 1 room, this room does however has its own dedicated bathroom (The Wagon Shed).

Children's Facilities

Small children's play area onsite. Over 100 acres to explore on this former dairy farm

Outdoor

There is 100 acres of private woodland, fields and rivers to explore, hot tubs can be hired from the spa

Swimming Pool

There is no pool at present. Our spa treatment area is now open.Please contact for facilities and treatments

Plenty of on site parking.

Smoking

No smoking in any rooms, there is a designated smoking area.

Wagon Shed/Milking Parlour, £2100 for 3 nights, £3500 for 7 nights.

Other cottages, from £307 to £558 for 3 nights, from £616 to £1120 for 7 nights.

Off the A35, Kilmington is signposted, turn into Whitford Road, Cranberries Hideaway is approx 1 mile down on the right.

Bus stop on main A35 walking distance 1 mile.
Axminster rail station.
Axminster - 1 mile. Home to River Cottage Canteen and famous Axminster carpets.
We have a village post office and store, there is a fantastic farm shop (Millers Farm Shop) within walking distance and the larger shops and supermarkets in Axminster.
