Group Accommodation Tenbury Wells
Known for its annual holly and mistletoe auctions, as well as its mineral water, the ‘little town in the Orchard’, as Queen Victoria once called it, is now a thriving market town that makes a great base for your group holiday. On the border between Shropshire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire, the River Teme runs along the edge of the town, so it’s perfect for slow strolls or a leisurely wander. The town has some really interesting architecture, including half timbered buildings and some unusually decorated Georgian houses. You can follow a town trail leaflet or there’s an art trail too, depending where your interests lie. There’s a farmers’ market every third Saturday of the month where you can stock up on wonderful local produce.
