Safestay Holland Park, Central London, sleeps 100 in 15 bedrooms.
Safestay London Holland Park is ideally located in the heart of London within one of the capital's most prestigious parks. Safestay have taken up residence in the East Wing of the park's original Jacobean building, which dates back to 1605.
Formerly known as Cope Castle, this impressive grade I listed building was originally built for diplomat Sir Walter Cope, and has entertained a line of royal guests, including Prince of Wales, King James I and King William III. A large majority of the building was destroyed following the firebombing in the Blitz in 1940. A total of 22 bombs struck the building, leaving only the east wing and the library free from destruction, and still standing today.
This magnificent building is set in stunning surroundings, amongst Victorian town houses and high class independent retail units, and is just minutes away from some of London's famous tourist hotspots, including Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Portobello Road and the Royal Albert Hall. The location is fantastic for all types of groups - families and friends, business groups working or attending conferences in London, and youth or school groups visiting the capital.
The hostel enjoys a quiet location in the park and adjoins residential areas. As such we politely request guests are considerate when at this hostel and keep noise levels to a minimum.
Safestay Holland Park is one of London's flagship hostels, taking budget London accommodation to the next level.
