Tregedna Lodge is a 19th century listed building the large main hall was originally the 'grain store' housing the winter feed for the farms cattle and providing a service to local farmers requiring their grain to be milled.
The lower level was calves pens providing housing and shelter for the young stock.
Tregedna lodge has been sympathetically and tastefully converted, retaining much of its original character and charm.
During the winter months the central heating offers a warm,cosy feel to the lodge, in the summer the solid stone walls offers a cool haven!
The bedrooms, are located on the lower floor and have been designed to offer flexible, comfortable bed spaces.
The large communal hall is located upstairs giving wonderful views of the countryside.
The hall with its original wood beams has a relaxing lounge area, offering space and flexibility and is ideal for groups with plenty of area for presentations, socializing or just finding a quiet corner to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Tregedna.
The dining area is located next to the well-equipped kitchen.
The South facing garden allows residents to enjoy barbecues, soak up the peaceful atmosphere of Tregedna or just enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun!
Tregedna Lodge is located in the beautiful Maen Valley, 1/2 mile from Maenporth beach.
Maenporth offers a safe,clean beach which can be reached from Tregedna by public footpath.The beach has kayaks for hire, snorkelling and a beach cafe offering coffee's,lunch's and of course ice creams!
The Lodge is set back at the end of a 1/4 mile drive creating a safe, peaceful haven.
Within easy reach of the busy maritime port of Falmouth with its many interesting and lively bars/restaurants and attractions - National Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle, surf and sailing schools, Falmouth week sailing regatta, Trebah gardens etc.
Further a field the renowned Eden project, Tate gallery St Ives and the Lost gardens of Heligan.
