Castleton at the head of the Hope Valley are worth a visit, and Pevril Castle, Blue John Mines and Speedwell Cavern are only a 10 minute drive. Buxton is a must see, a spa town to rival Bath with Georgian and Victorian architecture, famed for its healing waters.
