This spectacular country house is just a 5 minute drive from the village of Herstmonceux which has its own castle, and also 2 pubs serving decent ales and good pub food. The town of Hailsham is 15 minutes away and Battle 20 minutes. For a trip to the coast, Eastbourne is only 30 minutes away, with Brighton slightly further afield.
