Accessed by a long gravel drive and set on the lovely Llyn Peninsula, home to spectacular sandy beaches with its very own microclimate. This great house offers a luxurious base from which to explore the Llyn and Snowdonia. Pwllheli, a short drive away with its fascinating modern marina, offers coastal cruises to Cardigan Bay and the Irish Sea with the promise of spotting dolphins, seals and seabirds. Abersoch, originally a fishing village 20 minutes drive away, has become hugely popular with yachting enthusiasts and for other water sports, diving and fishing. Abersoch Golf Course has a combination of parkland and links. Snowdonia National Park is 30 minutes drive away.

From the moment you enter into the spacious entrance hall with ample seating, you will notice the traditional Georgian features of original glass finger plates, servants bells and fireplaces which remain throughout. Inside, a large period drawing room, with soft furnishings, log burner and squishy sofas; a grand dining room with conservatory/games room, and a separate snug; all offer great social areas and the large kitchen is well set up to prepare meals either to be enjoyed informally at the kitchen table or in the formal dining room. Upstairs, 5 bedrooms offer choice and flexibility for 3 generation groups from an impressive super king with ensuite freestanding bath and walk in shower, 2 double bedrooms, a dormitory sleeps 6 with ensuite shower and a bunk bed room. The house is set in large private mature grounds including formal lawns, Japanese garden, paddock, woodland. Relax in the enclosed cobbled courtyard or in the large 8 seater jacuzzi, shower and WC. For younger members there are many fascinating corners for playing hide and seek as well as a magical private woodland area. Outside, all weather table tennis proves popular as does the games room inside complete with a junior sized pool table, perfect for group competitions.
