Kingsbridge House is an exclusive large detached holiday house near Welwyn, sleeping up to 16 and set in a quiet location within the stunning Hertfordshire countryside.

Kingsbridge is part of our 700 acre estate and guests are welcome to experience everything the Tewinbury estate has to offer, including 2 restaurants, a live music venue, cocktail bar, cookery school and additional luxury accommodation.
Kingsbridge House is completely refurbished throughout with new kitchen, bathrooms, furniture and fittings, providing luxury holiday accommodation for families and friends.

A sunny entrance porch leads to the expansive hallway with stairs to the first floor. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner benefits from spectacular garden views and incorporates a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area with bespoke table that comfortably seats 16, and leads into a large lounge. There's also a fabulous cinema room with a games area too.

All the bedrooms are spacious, beautifully appointed and well equipped. For those less mobile there is a useful ground floor en suite bedroom with a further 5 first floor bedrooms and a main bathroom.

To the front of the property there is parking for 6 cars, with EV charger. There is a large rear enclosed terraced garden with river views, a hot tub which is under cover, and a choice of tranquil seating areas.

Kingsbridge House is dog friendly and perfect for a multi generation special getaway. We even have alpacas to feed!

Its an easy walk into the beautiful scenic town of Tewin, which has a supermarket, shops, great pubs and restaurants.
