This stunning townhouse dates back to the 15th century and is full of character and Grade ll listed features.

No 20 sleeps 16 in 6 bedrooms (plus babies) and is situated in the middle of the historic market town of Ruthin. There are many excellent restaurants on the doorstep, along with pubs, cafes, shops and the wonderful Ruthin Castle, perfect for afternoon tea. We offer a free concierge service that can help make your visit special, from a private chef or beautician, to hot tub hire, to a babysitting service plus many activities and days out.

In the house you will find a large lounge with white sofas, a TV with freeview plus a DVD player and there is also a Bose system you connect your own music to plus a baby grand piano. There are French doors that go out onto a balcony with a gazebo full of fairy lights. The dining room has a large table seating 16. The games room has a snooker table.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need including a range cooker, a dishwasher and wood burning stove.

There are 6 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are family rooms, with a king and a single and a further single can be added, then there is a room that can be a twin or double and a further single bed can be added and the other 3 bedrooms can be twins or doubles although we recommend the attic is a twin due to the beams. There is also a total of 3 bathrooms.

Outside there is a garden with some toys for little ones and a basketball net for older children. There is parking for 3 or 4 cars and a car park at the bottom of the road, only a few minutes walk away.

There is a garden with a decked area for BBQ,s and an undercover area should you wish to hire the hot tub.

The house is suitable for family celebrations, girls getaways, relaxed hen parties and holidays. Weekend stays are available and you get the third night free meaning you can leave as late as you wish on Sunday or the Monday morning.
