Bryngwin has 2 flats and 2 cottages, which can be booked individually or together. There is also an overflow twin-bedded loft bedroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The main house divides naturally into three parts, the vertical divisions coming exactly where the additions were made over the years. Starting a floor up, yet with nobody living below, Flats 2 and 3 enjoy great views. With their entrances opposite each other off the same landing, the two flats easily run together as one for a large group or an extended family.

Flat 2 occupies the central section of the country house and, with its large rooms, is ideal for groups, extended families or two families together. Its bedrooms are a double (plus a single if needed) on the 1st floor, and on the top floor: a double plus 2 or 3 singles, a quad room with 4 singles (semi-divided), plus a living-room settee, which converts to a double when needed.

Also on the 1st floor are:
- the living room with comfortable 3 piece suite, large dining table, colour TV, and log fire;
- the kitchen (light and large with electric cooker, microwave oven, 2 fridge/freezers, table in centre with 4 chairs, and view down onto the garden);
- the bathroom (twin-grip cast-iron bath withshower).
The flat has a combi-boiler to heat the radiators and give limitless hot water.

Flat 3 has a kitchen with electric cooker and microwave oven, bathroom with cast iron bath and electric shower over. An oil fired boiler in the kitchen heats a passage radiator and two large radiators in the open-plan studio room, with log fire to spend a cosy evening beside.

Ty Clyd (3 bedrooms) and The Mews (1) have power showers over baths and night storage heaters. Both have secure, gated and walled gardens where food will attract a fine display of birds. The Mews has an open log fire.

Set in the foothills of Cadair Idris, Brynygwin offers access to a huge range of activities and wildlife, historic sites and beaches.

All have microwave ovens and electric cookers, kettles, toasters. Flat 2 has 2 fridge/freezers, the others fridge with freezer compartment.
Each property has dining space in the living room. The one to sit the largest number is in Flat 2 where another table can be put to sit 14 in total.
Comfortable sitting rooms all, except Ty Clyd, with open fires.
Digital TV in each.
WiFi and good mobile reception.
