The Old Vicarage is a large and beautiful Victorian vicarage built in the Gothic revival style. It is set in the quaint village of Malborough approximately one mile from the sea in the South Hams, an area of outstanding natural beauty in South Devon.
The well appointed Old Vicarage is adjacent to the church and all the principal rooms, which are at the rear of the property, have views down the valley and to the headland beyond. The property has recently undergone a total and thorough refurbishment and is a fabulous residential venue for holding a wedding celebration, corporate event or special family gathering on an exclusive use basis.
The Old Vicarage is the perfect place to relax, unwind and entertain in a spacious, state of the art house within a period setting.
Located in the South Hams near Salcombe with easy road links to the M5 and main line rail links at nearby Plymouth and Totnes, and the close proximity of Plymouth, Exeter and Bristol airports it is a convenient place to reach wherever you are travelling from.
The East Wing, which is an adjoining building to the Old Vicarage, has accommodation for a further 14 guests, and we also have Malborough House, located just round the corner, which can sleep a further 42 guests. There are a number of other smaller cottages located nearby, which Classic Country Houses would be happy to book on your behalf, for larger parties.
Prices vary on time of year and start from £2,875 for two nights in winter and £3,050 for 2 nights in Spring and a 7-night break in the high season is £5,750
