The Roy Bridge Hotel is a former Coach House built in the 1850s when people travelled along routes that were connected by Coaching Houses providing accommodation for travellers and horses alike. A few changes have been made since those days and now the hotel has been fully modernised.

The lodges and hotel can sleep 43 persons in 35 beds, this is made up of the following configuration:

Glen Roy & Riverside Lodges (12 people):
1 en suite lodge sleeping 2 persons with a double bed
5 en suite lodges sleeping 2 persons with twin beds
The Lodges are located on the ground floor and are disabled friendly, with tea/coffee making facilities.

Main Hotel - 1st Floor (18 people):
2 en suite rooms sleeping 2, one double room, one twin
2 en suite family rooms sleeping 3 with 1 double and 1 single
2 en suite family rooms sleeping 4, one with a double and 2 singles, one with 4 singles

Main Hotel - 2nd Floor (13 people):
1 en suite family room sleeping 6 with 2 doubles and 2 singles
1 family room (no en suite) sleeping 3 with 1 double and 1 single
1 en suite family room sleeping 4 with 4 singles

We also accept 1 small dog per room, for a small charge.

There are many different places to visit and activities to enjoy here in the Scottish Highlands. We have lots of local knowledge to share with groups, especially those keen to find outdoor adventures. We offer many activities, including short and long distance walking holidays, climbing the Ben, kayaking and fishing. See our main website for more information.

So after all your adventures, come and have a wee dram of malt whisky with us in the cosy lounge bar, in front of our log fire. We also cater for all meals, including breakfast, lunches (plus packed lunches for you to take with you), and dinner in the evening, served in the hotel dining room.

WiFi

WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel.

Disabled Facilities

Bedrooms 10 & 11 which are located on the ground floor in the Glen Roy Lodge are disabled accessible.

Dog Friendly

Dogs are allowed in the hotel as per our Dog Policy. 1 small dog per room. Charged at £10 per dog/per night.

Kitchen

We provide a variety of meals including breakfasts, lunches, packed lunches, and evening meals. No self catering facilities. Tea/coffee in every room.

Dining Room

Our dining and lounge bar can accommodate up to 30 guests.

Sitting Room

Our lounge bar is used as our sitting room, so you can have a wee dram from our range of over 60 malt whiskies in front of the cosy fire.

TV and Music Facilities

TV and music facilities are available in all bedrooms and in the main lounge area.

Games Room

There is no games room.

Heating and Open Fires

The hotel has gas central heating with electric oil-filled radiators as back up. There is also a real flame log fire in the main lounge area.

Bedrooms

Rooms sleep 2, 3, 4 or 6 guests. Double and single beds available. All bedrooms have en suite facilities or a private bathroom.

Linen

All bed linen including towels is provided for use within the hotel. Charges apply for extra towels requested.

Bathrooms

All our bathrooms are en suite with showers, with the exception of rooms 7 & 8 which have their own individual private bathrooms.

Children's Facilities

There are baby changing facilities in our disabled toilet.

Outdoor

There is a seating area outside where one can have a drink and something to eat whilst soaking up the sun.

Swimming Pool

The hotel sits on the banks of the River Roy and there are areas of the river which are suitable for wild swimming at your own risk.

Parking

50 car parking spaces and a separate parking area for motor cycles. EV charging points are soon to be fitted.

Smoking

No smoking, vaping, naked flames or cooking are permitted in any part of the hotel or within the hotel grounds.

Booking Information

Prices are per Room and vary with the seasons, with a minimum number of 8 people in the group. B&B includes a Continental Breakfast. Dinner B&B includes a Continental Breakfast and a 2-course evening meal from our Daily Menu. Drinks are not included. (Please Contact the Owner for Prices)
