All the ground floor is level for wheelchair access. The 2 ground floor bedrooms and en suite wet rooms are suitable for people with disabilities.

Pets are not permitted in the house.

Large and well equipped: gas range cooker, electric cooker, 3 fridges, sinks, microwave. Utility room: sinks, 2 dishwashers, freezer, fridge, washer.

Spacious oak paneled room. The tables are arranged into 1 large table for up to 30 or can be separated. Bar and drinks fridges in sitting room .

Two sitting rooms, one with leather sofas, piano, TV and bar, one with sofas, DVD player and games, large entrance hall, all opening onto the veranda.

TVs in some bedrooms and large wall mounted TV in the sitting room. DVD player, CD player, wireless speaker.

Second sitting room with DVD player, board games, table football, pool table. Outside full size table tennis table, badminton net, other games.

Full central heating. Wood burning stove in main sitting room.

11 en suite bedrooms rooms. 3 with double beds, 4 with twin beds, 4 family rooms sleeping up to 4 or 5. Extra child beds can be added to some rooms.

Bed linen included in the rental price. Towel hire available at extra cost.

11 en suite bath/shower rooms of which 2 are wheelchair accessible wet rooms. 2 separate toilets on the ground floor, one wheelchair accessible.

Children are very welcome. There are 4 family rooms and child beds can be added to other rooms. Young children should be supervised in the grounds.

Large Victorian veranda with tables and chairs, large lawn with picnic tables, barbecue, badminton net, full size table tennis table. Outdoor dining.

None at the property but Arundel Lido outside heated swimming pool is open all summer and is a 20 minute walk along the riverside footpath.

Parking on site for up to 20 cars.

The house itself is strictly non-smoking but the veranda provides a large covered outside area.
