Snowdon Lodge provides comfortable self-catering group accommodation for 10 to 22 people. The property is the birthplace of Lawrence of Arabia and is located in the picturesque village of Tremadog.

Snowdon Lodge is perfect for a family reunion or simply as a base for a group of friends to explore this beautiful part of Snowdonia and the nearby Lleyn Peninsula.

Snowdon Lodge is ideally positioned just 6 miles from Mount Snowdon, yet only 2 miles from beautiful beaches such as Black Rock Sands beach.

The famous Italianate village Portmerion is also only 4 miles away from the lodge which is a short walk from the train station, National Express coaches and many pubs and restaurants.

Within a mile are the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland railways, the famous Tremadog rocks for climbers and virtually every other outdoor activity one could wish for.

Woodland walks behind the property & board games in lounge. There is a public playground with swings and slides approx. 2 minutes away. Beach 2 miles.
Woodland walks and outdoor space around the property. Very large car park can park several coaches and 30 plus cars.
Public swimming pool and leisure centre are approximately 10 minutes walk from the hostel.
Large private car park is situated at the back and side of the property for several coaches and min 30 cars.
No smoking in the building.

We are located on the A487 in the picturesque village of Tremadog.
Snowdon Lodge is located in the picturesque village of Tremadog with the bigger town of Porthmadog only 10 min. walk away.
Spar shop in Tremadog, bigger shops like Tescos, Lidl and Aldi are in Porthmadog 1 mile away.
"The Golden Fleece" in Tremadog. "The Union Inn" in Tremadog. The Square restaurant 200 meters excellent food. Fish and chip shop 200 metres.
