The Boathouse is a large barn conversion on the edge of a pretty riverside village near Stratford-upon-Avon.

With extensive frontage to the River Avon, the Boathouse also provides an ideal venue for small corporate events.

This exciting and "quirky" property offers a large open-plan living area with a modern, well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining room. There are three ground floor en-suite bedrooms and a mezzanine gallery giving access to five further en-suite bedrooms. Dining Room to seat 16/18 around one table.

The light and spacious sitting room has glazed doors leading to a tiled terrace overlooking the river.

Boat trips can be organised from the landing stage at the bottom of the garden. Take a picnic or cruise downstream to The Four Alls pub for lunch. Arrive in Stratford in style - sail into the marina and hop offboard for a spot of sightseeing!

Stratford-upon-Avon is just 3 miles. Broadway, Chipping Campden, Evesham, Warwick, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Cheltenham, Oxford are all within an easy drive.

Private course fishing, country walks from your doorstep and cycle hire available.

Off-road cycle track to Stratford centre. Local pubs and shops a 10 minute walk across the fields or a five-minute drive.
