All the apartments offer maximum comfort together with privacy. Each has an independent entrance and its own garden, fenced off from the common areas with the traditional wood bar fencing in chestnut. They are accessed by private roads, and have covered parking, outdoor seating and individual central heating.
The houses are completely supplied with everything necessary for your stay. The swimming pools are fully supplied with umbrellas, sun loungers and cushions. Each has space for a large group to eat together outside.
There are two laundries shared by the apartments, with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
Guests can find within an easy radius opportunities to suit all tastes. For those who love sport and health there are different activities on offer, or relax by the seaside or at the thermal baths.
Guests who enjoy eating will find that the local Marche cooking offers many specialities to be sampled and enjoyed.
In the summer there are many traditional folklore celebrations whose origins stretch back centuries, and offer a taste of history whilst also being a part of the modern local traditions. There are many local cities and towns whose medieval roots are still clearly visible, with artistic and cultural vestiges of the centuries preserved for modern visitors.
