The house is a magnificent 18th-century barn-conversion holiday home in the Derbyshire Dales Peak District village of Tideswell - one of the most picturesque and historic villages in the area.
There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping 12, or up to 14 when using 2 trundle beds.

Everyone can dine together in one sitting around the same table - then relax in front of the real log-burning stove. Mezzanine area with table football. Underfloor heating throughout. Outside in the garden, there are uninterrupted views of open countryside.
There are two patios with enclosed private gardens both with immediate access to our 1-acre of field. There is an outdoor table tennis table, BBQ and a firepit. If you like walking, you won't be disappointed - there are numerous trails straight out of the village leading to spectacular hills, valleys and riverside rambles - no need to use the car.
At Courtyard Barn, you're situated towards the edge of the village, so you can walk straight out of the back door across wide-open countryside.
Whether the weather is fine or not, there's always something to do - indoors and out. The Peak National Park has everything for families, activity seekers and social groups.
