Set in 27 acres of parkland and surrounded by some of the most spectacular and picturesque landscapes of Perthshire, we take great pleasure in extending the hand of traditional Highland hospitality to all of our guests; courtesy and attentiveness complement the quality of our exclusive personal service.

CLC Duchally Country Estate provides excellent holiday accommodation in Scotland and is located just 3 miles from the world famous golf course at Gleneagles. With a combination of superb hotel rooms and fully equipped luxurious lodges consisting of two and three bedrooms, this Scottish holiday resort is first choice to discover the beautiful scenery of Scotland.

Our resort includes 55 luxurious lodges all furnished and equipped to the highest standards and with panoramic views of the Perthshire countryside and an award winning country house hotel.

Our on site facilities at Duchally Country Estate include award winning restaurant Monteaths, a cosy wood panelled Whisky Bar which is stocked with over 50 different varieties of Scotch Whisky and serves food all day, and the beautiful Glendevon Lounge for private dining or as a Boardroom for meetings. There’s also a relaxing spa with massage facilities and a games room for our younger guests.

The resort’s leisure centre with indoor heated swimming pool and gymnasium, a whirlpool hot tub, sauna and steam room is waiting for those who just want to relax.

Strictly no pets allowed in the resort.

Facilities

Kitchen: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob: 4 rings, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, washing machine/dryer.
Each dining area has a large family table with ample seating for 8 guests.
The sitting area in each lodge is a large, comfortable open plan living space with seating for 8.
All the lodges have a 32" Flat screen TV with Freeview. DVD/CD player is also in the sitting area.
Free WiFi is available in the accommodation, bar and leisure centre. Each lodge has a direct dial phone.
Games room in the hotel. It has a variety of video games and pool table.
The lodges have full electric heating.
3 bedroom lodges have 1 double room and 2 twin rooms. 2 bedroom lodges have 1 double, 1 twin. All have additional sofa bed.
All linen and towels are provided in the lodges. We also provide washing up cloths and dish cloths.
2 of the bedrooms are en suite and there is also a large family bathroom in 3 bed lodges. 2 bed lodges have 1 en suite and large family bathroom.
we have a limited number of specific facilities for disabled guests.
Childrens pool at the leisure centre. Games room with a variety of video games and pool room. Childrens play area.
Each lodge has a terrace. Set in 27 acres of parkland.
We have a 15 metre pool in our on-site leisure centre.
We have on-site parking for the lodges. Parking spaces are not allocated.
Duchally is a no smoking resort.
Pets are not permitted on the resort or in the accommodation.

Location

From Edinburgh: follow M9 (Grangemouth-Stirling). Stay on the M9 until it becomes the A9 dual carriageway. After 18 miles, take the A823 exit (Crieff)
