Cottages and Farmhouse can be booked separately or together

The cottages can be booked all together sleeping 12, which includes the large garden. Add the large farmhouse (sleeps 14) and book them altogether sleeping 26. The perfect place for extended families or groups of friends to get together for a holiday or short break. Hot tub available to hire (£250 for the cottages). It is included with the farmhouse.

The barn conversion cottages are situated on our working farm. Each comprises an upstairs galleried bedroom with kingsize bed and a downstairs twin, and an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and living area. Patio doors with stunning views open onto a private garden with a picnic bench table. There is a large grassed area perfect for games, football or just to relax, and plenty of tarmac for children to ride bikes/scooters.

The large farmhouse sleeping 14 is set next door (listed separately on this site too). This property is set over 3 floors and includes 7 bedrooms (3 en suite), dining room for 14, fire pit, pool table and hot tub. Large patio area and outside dining also for 14. Huge garden including goal posts for football and large tarmac car park. Childrens toys are also included. Full details of all are on our website.

There are lots of great family days out nearby. Activities can be arranged such as gin tasting, spa days, pottery classes. Each cottage has leaflets with ideas for days out. Owner is on site and happy to help with queries and can provide details of local group activities.

We are well placed for local wedding venues; The Oaks, Bunnyhill, The Barns, East Yorkshire and Howden.

We are very well located for business with Howden, Drax, Brough, Selby, Doncaster & Goole all close by.

York (30 minute drive/20 mins to Park & Ride bus at McArthur Glen), Leeds, Beverley, Hull, Doncaster, Selby are all less than an hours drive away. The beach at Bridlington is just 1 hours drive away.

Facilities

Cottages: hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, breakfast bar. Rusty's & George's have dishwashers. Annabel's has a washing machine. Farmhouse is equipped.
Cottages are open plan kitchen/living area with breakfast bar to eat at. Farmhouse has a dining room for 14 and outdoor seating for 14.
Cottages have 1 sofa and 1 chair in each cottage. Farmhouse has a snug with sofas and also a large room with 4 large sofas.
Cottages - TVs in the sitting rooms. 2 are smart TVs. Farmhouse has 2 large smart TVs, one with Sonos soundbar.
Superfast WiFi available.
Cottages has no games room. The farmhouse has a room with a 6ft slate pool table.
Bio-mass boiler for all. Farmhouse has 2 log burners.
Cottages: 1 king bed upstairs. 2 single beds downstairs. Farmhouse: 7 bedrooms (3 en suites), 2 superkings (1 can be 2 singles), 3 doubles, 1 king.
Linen is included.
Cottages - Bath with overhead shower. Farmhouse - 3 shower en suites, 1 family bathroom with bath and wet room shower.
There are no specific facilities for disabled guests. Each cottage has a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Farmhouse - no downstairs bedrooms.
Travel cot, high chair, indoor and outdoor toys available on request.
Large garden. Patio with picnic tables. Safe outdoor space for children to play. Public footpath for walks through the farm. Outdoor games.
There is no swimming pool.
Private parking on the farm. We have plenty of room.
No smoking on site. No vaping indoors please.
Sorry - no pets.

Booking Information

Via our website. 20% non refundable deposit taken to secure booking. Balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. Refundable damage deposit of £500 will be taken when full balance is due, refunded within 7 working days. Hot tub for the cottages is additional cost of £250. Farmhouse is min 3 night stay
