Henman Bunkhouse is a quaint 1920’s Swiss Chalet style bungalow located on the National Trust’s Leith Hill Estate.
This 16-bed dormitory style bunkhouse is the perfect base for groups to explore the surrounding countryside. The Surrey Hills is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and there are plenty of walking routes, cycling trails and bridleways to discover.
Leith Hill Place, once owned by the Wedgwood family and later by English composer Vaughan Williams, is an elegant seventeenth-century property steeped in history. A short walk from the bunkhouse brings you to Leith Hill Tower – climb to the top and admire the sweeping views from the highest point in South East England.
The historic market town of Dorking is just five miles down the road and is bustling with activity, and London is only a short train ride away.
