Holiday Rental for Groups of Families and Friends.
National Trust - Home Farm Farmhouse, Carmarthenshire, sleeps 6-12 in 6 bedrooms.
On Dinefwr Park in Carmarthernshire, this glorious farmhouse sleeping 12 will give you and your group a warm welcome to Wales. From the whitewashed exterior under the traditional slate roof, to the cosy and generous feel indoors, whether you're celebrating a special birthday, getting a group of friends together or simply having a large family holiday, Home Farm will feel like your home from home.
Inside there's a formal dining room with a long dining table in front of a log burner, so everyone can get together, and there's a smaller dining table in the kitchen, next to the beautiful Welsh dresser, where you can gather for informal breakfasts, lunch or pre-dinner snacks. The bedrooms are all spread over the first and second floors, with 3 doubles on the first floor and 1 double, 1 twin and a third that can be made up as either a twin or a double on the second floor. There's a bathroom on the first and second floors too.
When you and your group have explored magnificent Dinefwr (a National Trust property) on your doorstep, then there's plenty nearby to enjoy as well, whether you're a walker wanting to tackle the western edges of the Brecon Beacons National Park, or head to the Wales Coast Path, only a short distance away. Beautiful Carreg Cennen Castle is worth a trip, as is the wonderful Gold Mine at Dolaucothi, or Laugharne, former haunt of Welsh poet Dylan Thomas.
