No 98 operates as a boutique hotel during the months of July and August, but is available on an exclusive use, self catering basis at all other times of the year.

Situated on the seafront in Weymouth, this beautiful Georgian townhouse offers all modern conveniences and comfort and is finished in a relaxed contemporary style. No 98 offers a fantastic setting for family special occasions and celebrations of all kinds.

The dining room comfortably seats the whole group for special dinners and there's plenty of room to chill out together in the lounge and bar areas which have great views overlooking the beach. The well equipped kitchen makes catering for a large group simple.

All the bedrooms are individually styled, spacious and bright, with each having en suite facilities. Extra beds and sofa beds are available for children. All bedrooms have radio and TV, as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

The location is ideal for a town-based seaside weekend, with the bustling harbour, arcades and a wide range of restaurants and bars, as well as shopping in the centre of town, all within easy walking distance - no need to use the car all weekend if you would prefer not to. The beach is glorious and sandy, and there are fantastic walks to enjoy in the area, with the South West Coastal Path running past the door. And there's lots of information on hand to help you choose how to spend your break.

Please be aware that this is a townhouse, so we do ask that guests respect our close neighbours.

Able to seat the whole group together in various table configurations.
Lounge and bijou bar area overlooking the sea. Perfect for drinks before or after dinner, playing board games (supplied) or just plain relaxing.
Several flatscreen TVs, digital radios, docking systems in bedrooms. The lounge has a Bose speaker for iPhones and iPads. Also, a CD player and radio.
WiFi available.
There is no games room.
Central heating and air conditioning.
Mix of kings and doubles, some zip/link beds convert to twins, plus 3 family rooms. All en suite. Many with sea views. Extra futon and day beds.
Goose down duvets and pillows (let us know if you require man-made allergy-free bedding). All linen and soft, fluffy towels provided.
All are en suite. New eco-friendly toiletries provided. Hairdryer.
There are no specific facilities for disabled guests, but we do have a ground floor room with en suite for people who are unable to climb many stairs.
Children welcome, but there are no specific facilities available, other than a travel cot, games in lounge and a supply of buckets and spades.
Rear walled courtyard garden with furniture and chiminea.
There is no swimming pool, but the sandy beach is just over the road.
Free garage parking on the premises for 3 vehicles, plus guest parking permits at £5 per day (instead of £12 usually).
No smoking please.
Suitable for house-trained, well behaved pets.
