St Weonards is a traditional seaside town house located in the very heart of Paignton on the English Riviera, available on a B&B basis with exclusive use out of high season.

Just a 2 minute stroll on the flat to Paignton beach, this property is absolutely spot on for friends and family groups. Whether it is a gathering to celebrate a special occasion or an opportunity to do some walking along the South West Coastal Path, St Weonards won't disappoint. Evening and celebratory meals are available, and St Weonards is a licensed property.

Once you have parked up, there really is no need to drive anywhere, with regular rail, bus and ferry services to nearby Torquay and the pretty fishing town of Brixham. There are many family friendly attractions actually in Paignton including the Zoo, the Geo Park, the Dartmouth Steam Railway and of course the beautiful beach. Within easy reach are Babbacombe Model Village, Kents Cavern and Cockington Country Park. 30 minutes away is Dartmoor with opportunities for hiking, cycling, climbing and letterboxing in the craggy National Park landscape as well as a trip to see the imposing Princetown Prison.

Breakfast at St Weonards is a highlight with a wide variety of hot choices including full English, omelette and French toast. The owners will provide evening meals on request to be enjoyed together in the sociable dining space. A wide range of eateries, bars and pubs are just minutes from the property too and there is bound to be something to suit everyone in the group.

Contemporary and stylish accommodation is spread across 3 floors and provides a handy mix of kings, a double, a single and 2 family rooms with a double and bunks. 5 rooms have modern en suite showers and the single has a private bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities and a flat screen TV make the bedrooms lovely spaces to unwind in after a busy day out and about.

All bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities. The owners are happy to store food and milk in their fridge. They will heat meals for babies.
The breakfast room has seating for all guests to dine together and is available throughout the day.
Use of the breakfast room is available all day to exclusive use groups.
All bedrooms have flat screen Free View TVs.
Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
No games room.
Centrally heated throughout. Fans are provided in the summer months.

Off road parking for 2 cars. Free permits provided for council car park around the corner.
Please don't smoke inside the house. A sand filled bin is available at the front of the property for stubbs.
Welcomes up to 2 dogs per room. A Doggy Welcome pack of towel, treats, holiday tags and poo bags is provided.

Location

Located in Paignton near the beach, just over 10 minutes from Torquay and 15 minutes from Brixham. The property is just under 40 minutes from Exeter via A380 and A38. 25 minutes from Newton Abbot.
St Weonards is located in the heart of the seaside town of Paignton. Bars, restaurants and other amenities available within an easy walk.
There is a Tesco Express, Lidl and Co-Op located within walking distance. Morrisons, Sainsbury, Asda and Aldi are all a short drive away.
St Weonards offers breakfast and evening meals. There is a wide range of eateries within walking distance the closest is less than a minute away.

Exclusive use outside of peak season only. 20% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. Balance on day of arrival.

Check in between 1pm and 8pm. Check out by 10.30am. Parking included. Breakfast included. Dog friendly.
