Manchester city centre hostel for large group accommodation

Holiday Rental for Groups of Families and Friends.
YHA Manchester, Lancashire, sleeps 4-150 in 38 bedrooms.

Open 24 hours a day, this large, purpose built modern, stylish hostel is the perfect base for any group wanting to visit Manchester or the surrounding area. We are located close to the city centre with excellent transport links to all Manchester attractions. We have free on site parking for our guests including space for coaches.

We offer a full catering service to suit your needs ranging from a large buffet breakfast with both hot and cold items, lunches, buffets and evening meals. We use fresh produce and all of our meat is British, Red Tractor. We can also cater for all dietary/special requirements.

Our rooms are all en-suite in mostly 4 bed rooms with secure keycard access to rooms and corridors. There are lots of social spaces including a licensed cafe/bar and 3 conference rooms.

Our friendly, knowledgeable staff welcome all types of groups to the hostel. Our visitors include sports groups, stag and hen parties, education groups, large family get togethers, religious groups and conference groups.

Can sleep up to 150 people in mostly 4 bed rooms.

Outside seating by the canal.
No swimming pool on site, however our guests can use the gym next door at a discounted rate who have a pool.
Free parking for up to 31 cars available including space for coaches.
Smoking area outside property.
Only guide dogs and hearing dogs allowed.

Location

Just one mile from city centre. Follow the signs to Castlefield or the Museum of Science and Industry on Liverpool Road, the hostel is on Potato Wharf
Manchester city centre is a 20 minute walk or free buses leave from outside Science and Industry Museum (5 minutes walk from hostel).
Tesco and Sainsbury's a short walk away.
Bar and restaurant within the property plus various pubs 5 minutes walk.
